![]() I've been using LibreCAD and I quite like it and I've been trialling a demo of DeltaCAD and I quite like that but I'm wondering if these are the best options as LibreCAD hasn't really seen any real development in a number of months and some lead developers have been leaving the project so I'm not too hopeful about its future. I know it's me but frankly I have a 30 minute / 1 hour threshold for apps where if I can't do what I want to do with simply mucking about with the app in half an hour to an hour then the app gets deleted. I would prefer a command line interface option rather than a mouse driven interface like SketchUp and I don't want SketchUp because I couldn't wrap my head around it as trying to use the command line version just gave odd results. ![]() I'm after a good cheap or free CAD application that does 2D CAD drawing in Plan and Elevation views to create a 3D view like we did in tech drawing on paper. ![]()
